Vintage Yamaha 703 Outboard Boat Motor Remote Control Side Mount W Key & Cables

  
This is listed for parts or not working, I have never used it on a Boat and Motor. The lever does move into the Ford and reverse position and it appeared at least one of the cables moved. Please use pictures to help determine condition. The cables are about 11 and 1/2 ft long and the electrical cable is approximately 16 ft long. The key does turn to the start position and springs back to the on position after being released.

I do not know what the toggle switches for but it Springs back after being released. The center cover on the handle is cracked and this is scratched and has not been cleaned.
